In-Home Appointments

This option is best for home-based technology like desktop computers, smart TVs and streaming services, home internet, and others. To be eligible, you must live in one of the cities listed below and submit a registration packet by completing the online form, downloading the materials, or contacting us to request a hard copy. This option has a fee which is based on income. Current HOME Program clients do not need to fill out a form.
